I'd open the door in the morning and the slightly sweet smell of second hand books would greet me. For years I wondered what that sweet smell was. In the end I decided it was the smell of human thought embedded in paper.
It hurts us to see books discarded after one use. We believe in eco-minded consumerism, so we re-home good books to give them a longer shelf life (excuse the pun!) and repurpose broken books rather than dispose of them.
Careful thought is given to ensure our packaging has little environmental impact.
Wherever possible, recycled and recycleable options are chosen for our packaging and products. Please get creative and reuse and repurpose any packaging.
