We value our customers and its our utmost prioirty to make sure you are happy with your order. If you aren’t happy with your purchase for any reason please contact us so we can resolve the problem.
If your order gets damaged during delivery, we will replace it, (if replaceable) or refund at our discretion.
Bespoke/personalised items are non refundable as they have no resale value. If you change your mind about your purchase of a non-personalised item you can return it to us in “as sold” condition for a full refund (postage is non-refundable and buyer pays return postage).

We send our orders out with Royal Mail who we have found to be reliable and careful with your parcels. We have a fixed standard charge per delivery. Delivery options are decided on checkout and are second class post as standard, or you can choose to upgrade to first class post for faster delivery.
Our packaging is carefully chosen to have as little environmental impact as possible. All boxes and envelopes are recycled and recyclable. Any clear film packaging is compostable.
